CLG Grant Application
The CLG application for FFY 2008 has been revised, the Ohio Historic Preservation Office
priorities updated, grant selection criteria modified, scoring system revamped, and the local
match requirments lowered.

Required Forms
For registration projects:
CLG Registration Questionnaire
Use this questionnaire for project proposals to designate properties to local registers or the
National Register of Historic Places. Submit the completed questionnaire to the Ohio Historic
Preservation Office three weeks prior to the application deadline.

All projects must be overseen by a person meeting applicable professional qualification standards
established by the National Park Service.

for Historic Preservation Projects
All proposals submitted for CLG grant consideration must comply with appropriate standards. For
example, survey projects must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for
Identification and Evaluation, planning projects must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's
Standards for Planning, etc.
